At PokeNinJapan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-style fashion. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
